Hey team! We’re starting to use SMS messaging for quicker communication, schedule updates, property notes, and important reminders while everyone is out in the field. This will help keep things moving smoothly and make it easier to stay connected throughout the day. Please make sure to check messages regularly during working hours.

We also wanted to touch base on a few detailing items we’ve been noticing across homes that need to be done more often. Guest experience comes down to consistency, and small details make a huge difference in how clean a space feels when someone walks in.

Please check more frequently:

• Cobwebs in corners, ceilings, entryways, light fixtures, and outdoor areas
• Dust buildup on blinds, ceiling fans, wall decor, frames, shelves, and hanging items
• Rugs and mats being fully cleared of debris, hair, dirt, and leaves

For smaller rugs, please shake them outside when needed or run them through the dryer for a few minutes to help remove hair and debris. For larger rugs, vacuum carefully using a lower suction setting if the vacuum pulls too aggressively.
