Concierge Plus is designed for homeowners and vacation rental owners who want regular concierge assistance without enrolling in Alpine's complete property management program.

Whether you use Alpine for cleaning, manage your own Airbnb, or simply need someone to look after your second home, this membership provides reliable support for everyday property needs.

Your membership includes:

• One standard trash pickup per week

• Scheduled property visits and home checks

• Vendor scheduling and maintenance coordination

• Scheduled contractor access and service appointments

• Package, grocery, and supply deliveries

• Grocery and supply shopping

• Basic decorating and welcome arrangements

• Guest check-in assistance

• Local recommendations and reservation assistance

Perfect for independently managed vacation rentals, cleaning-only clients, and second-home owners who want more frequent property assistance.

House calls include up to 30 minutes of on-site service. Additional time is $50 per hour. Moore disposal bags are $10.50 each. Advance scheduling is required, and last-minute requests are subject to availability.
