This membership offers the same core Concierge Priority benefits as our $150 plan, with preferred pricing reserved exclusively for homeowners who trust Alpine Property Solutions with both their vacation rental management and professional cleaning.

Your membership includes:

• Routine trash collection following guest departures, coordinated with Alpine cleaning services

• Scheduled property visits and home checks

• Vendor scheduling, access coordination, and service follow-up

• Guest arrival preparation and check-in assistance

• Scheduled deliveries and supply coordination

• Basic decorating and welcome arrangements during scheduled visits

• Grocery and supply shopping

• Local recommendations and reservation assistance

• Proactive property observations and maintenance reporting

Exclusive shopping benefits:

• Grocery and supply shopping: 15% service fee, $15 minimum

• Decoration purchasing: 15% service fee, $15 minimum

• Basic decorating during an existing scheduled visit is included when supplies are already available

Available exclusively to properties using both Alpine property management and cleaning services. Routine trash collection is coordinated with guest turnovers. House calls include up to 30 minutes, with additional time billed at $50 per hour. Moore bags are $10.50 each. Services are subject to scheduling and availability.
